Moses Rutland Chartered Surveyors advise private and corporate clients on both commercial and residential property matters, where personal service and the ability to talk to a friendly, sympathetic Surveyor is important.
We provide an holistic approach, making sure clients derive the maximum benefit from their expenditure and the very best up-to-date advice.
With our head office in Ringwood, we cover a geographical area centred around Southampton, the New Forest and the Bournemouth / Poole / Christchurch conurbation and within an arc spanning, in broad terms, from Weymouth and Dorchester to the west up through Blandford Forum, Salisbury and Winchester and down to Fareham on the east side. We generally keep to the south of the A303, but for some building surveying work, we can go further afield.
“I am very passionate about knowing what our clients want, being approachable at all times, giving the most accurate, thorough and pragmatic advice, and providing easy-to-read reports, so that our clients are better informed and know what to do next”
Phil Moses, Managing Director.
Why choose us
All our surveyors have many years’ experience, pooled from both private and public sector roles, large and small firms, and a variety of geographical areas.
We have a reputation for being conscientious and accurate, and for our forensic approach to expert witness work.
We place particular importance on detailed, yet clear reports and more thorough site inspections than many of our competitors.
All our surveyors are RICS qualified, and our valuers are RICS Registered Valuers. Moses Rutland is an RICS Regulated Firm.
Our expert witnesses are qualified through Legal Experience Training with the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.
Whilst the firm covers a wide area of property types, disciplines and geographical environments, each surveyor is personally qualified and has longstanding knowledge and experience in their chosen fields.
Our surveyors have lived and worked in a number of locations across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire and ‘know their patch’, from the areas prone to subsidence to the streets bombed in the War.
You will be greeted with a friendly, personal approach from the outset, through to our excellent follow-up service.
You can always ask to speak to a qualified surveyor, and we will take the time to fully understand your needs and expectations before proceeding.
