Moses Rutland Chartered Surveyors provide valuation reports on residential dwellings for a wide range of purposes, and where appropriate, in accordance with the RICS Valuation - Professional Standards.  Examples include:

Whilst a valuation report will take into consideration the general condition and appearance of a property, as can be seen from only a brief inspection undertaken for specific valuation purposes, it is not a report on the condition of the property or a building/structural survey.
